What does Save Yourself mean?
There is no giant story or meaning behind the name. It has nothing to do with religion, charities, sex, or even the Titanic (yes, someone thought it was something to do with the titanic). We liked the name, and it stuck.
Isn’t ‘yourself’ one word?
Yes, but we like to make it two words.

Tuesday - Saturday: 11am-5:30pm
How do I know what size I am?
Please refer to the sizing chart for the particular item you’re interested in. This can be found directly on the respective product page. If the item you’re looking at doesn’t seem to have any measurements, just shoot us an e-mail and we will get back to you.
What payment methods of you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (except American Express), Paypal and cash in store of course.
Can I pick up an order or drop off a return from your shop front?
You certainly can. Just check out shop hours, and drop by during opening hours and we will help you out.
I just placed an order, can I cancel it?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once your order has been submitted.
How do I exchange or return an item?
We are happy to exchange any product that we stock for online store credit only. To exchange or return an item, please follow the instructions located on our Terms & Conditions page.
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns for change of mind - only faulty items.
Can you hold a product for me?
Due to limited quantities we are not able to hold products.
Will sold out items be restocked?
We do not restock many items, we like to keep stock limited both with SYS brand and what we order in. If you have your eye on something, don’t sleep on it.
Where else can I find your products?
With SYS products, we are sold exclusively on our web store and our retail store. With other brands we stock, you would have to check with them.
Are you a vegan store?
No... and yes. We are not a 'Vegan Store', but due to the owner being vegan, all stock is free from any animal products. It's a choice we have, but it is not something we push onto brands we stock or customers.
Will you stock my brand?
If you think your brand would fit in with us, feel free to shoot us an e-mail with your current look book/price list.
What courier providers do you use?
We ship all orders via Australia Post.
Do you ship internationally?
We do, but at the moment if you are not from Australia please send us an e-mail with your location and what you would like to purchase so we can get your shipping costs to you. Sorry for any inconvenience!
How do I know when my order will be shipped?
Orders will be shipped 1-3 business days after order has been places, pick up orders will be ready within 1 business day.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders within Australia will take 1-5 days, and worldwide 7-14 days.
Will I be charged duties and taxes?
Save Yourself is not responsible for any import fees, customs, duties, or other taxes imposed by your respective country.
