SHIPPING

Australian Orders
$10 Flat Rate on Standard Shipping for All Australian Orders or $15 for Express Shipping.

Free Shipping on All Orders over $50.00
Standard Shipping within Australia is sent by Australia Post Parcel Post service. There is an option at checkout of choosing to send by Express Post with a higher freight rate.

Pick Me Up (Melbourne Only)
Please also check out our Pick Me Up service, where you can order only and pick up in our store at your convenience. Please enter 'PICK ME UP' at the checkout when ordering. This is free of charge. If you have purchased for a present, please

New Zealand Orders
For orders to New Zealand we have a flat rate of $20 for all orders sent up to 2kg.

International Orders
For orders anywhere else in the world we have a flat rate of $25 regardless of size or weight. 

Order Fulfilment
Orders are fulfilled twice weekly. If you require your order by a certain date please leave a note at checkout if you require priority on an order and this can be organised or you can call us. If you require your order urgently please select the Express Post service at checkout. Parcel Post generally takes between 2-7 days for delivery whereas Express Post is guaranteed next day delivery (according to Australia Post postcode search, check here if unsure)

Tracking your Order
Tracking numbers for all orders are sent when orders are fulfilled. Please note: we will contact you within 3 days of making your order if there will be any delay with shipment. Lead times may vary depending on your destination. Please check domestic delivery times with Australia Post.

RETURNS

No returns for change of mind.

No returns or exchanges on sale items! Exceptions made if it is faulty, unless it is on sale because of the fault.

We will gladly accept returns if the item is faulty or the wrong size and provide you the correct item if it is still available. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of delivery if national or 14 days if international. 

Returns or exchanges must be in the same condition as they left the store, clean, unworn or still in its packaging and with tags still attached.

Please ensure to email us before you return specifying why you are returning it.

We are not responsible for your return shipping, but if you are exchanging for something else, your new item will be shipped back to you for free.

If we cant replace your return you will receive store credit to the value of your original item to use within six months. Online orders can not be made with store credit but if you really can't make it into the store feel free to email us and we can sort you out from our end manually!
